traceless is a circular bioeconomy scale-up offering a natural alternative to plastics and bioplastics: With our patented process technology, we turn plant residues of the agricultural industry into innovative biomaterials that are plastic-free, climate friendly and compostable under natural composting conditions - leaving no trace behind. With our novel biomaterial, it’s our mission to contribute to solving global plastic pollution and help build a net zero circular industry. Founded in 2020 by Anne Lamp and Johanna Baare, our team is currently building a first large-scale production facility in Hamburg, Germany, with planned entry into service in 2025. We have successfully completed a €36.6 million financing round, and are funded by the EU and the BMUV, among others. Our team has already received numerous awards, including the German Start-up Award and the German Sustainability Award.
