At INTERNORGA 2025, we showcased our traceless® food-service collection—plastic-free, truly sustainable alternatives designed to meet the demands of modern food service without leaving a lasting impact on the planet. Here’s a look back at the event, the key takeaways, and how our material is shaping the future of circular food service.

Here For Your Food, Not For Forever

When we think of food, we think of nature. Fruits growing on trees, vegetables sprouting from the soil, grains thriving in the fields. In nature, everything follows a perfect cycle—nothing is wasted, nothing is left behind. 


At traceless, we believe the same should be true for the packaging and items that serve our food. Yet, in today’s food-service industry, this natural cycle is often broken. Meals are enjoyed in minutes, yet the packaging sticks around, leaving behind harmful residues. And the problem goes beyond just pollution, because most conventional single-use solutions often come with a heavy footprint—high greenhouse gas emissions, water-intensive production, and increasing demand for land and raw materials.

So, what if we could rethink disposables the way nature would—practical when needed, but gone when no longer in use? A solution that meets the demands of modern food service without compromising the health of our planet. 


That’s exactly what we’re working towards. Inspired by nature’s circular principles, we’ve developed a material that disappears naturally, just like the food it serves.


INTERNORGA 2025 was the perfect place to showcase it. As one of the leading trade fairs for the hospitality and restaurant industry, the event brought together thousands of businesses looking for the next generation of food-service solutions. And one thing was clear from the conversations we had: the demand for scalable, sustainable alternatives has never been higher.

From coffee cups and trays to cutlery and food containers, businesses are actively searching for alternatives—not just any alternatives, but solutions that are truly sustainable and compliant with upcoming regulations. 


We’re excited to see so many reusable alternatives making a difference in the industry already. However, not all applications in this sector can be designed within a reuse system. Wherever single-use is still needed in the future, our goal is to offer a solution that is just as sustainable and resource-friendly—without compromising on convenience. Because in the fast-paced food-service industry, practicality is key, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of the planet. 


At traceless, we’re developing exactly that. Our food-service collection is made from plant-based leftovers, following nature’s principles to create a natural and plastic-free material that is safe and functional for everyday use, while being naturally compostable in a short timeframe.  


Of course, sustainability alone isn’t enough. Performance matters, too. That’s why we’re continuously developing our material to deliver functionality while staying true to our environmental mission. Balancing these two aspects—performance and sustainability—is the shift the industry needs to make. And it was inspiring to see so many industry leaders at INTERNORGA who understand this and are actively looking for solutions that drive real change.

If there’s one thing INTERNORGA made clear, it’s this: the future of food service is circular. With new EU regulations on single-use plastics and a growing demand for truly sustainable solutions, businesses are eager to find products that don’t just reduce plastic pollution—but that truly leave no trace.

At our booth, we had fantastic conversations with industry leaders, food-service providers, and sustainability-driven brands. It was exciting to see how many are ready to embrace change and explore materials that combine sustainability with functionality. Because just like food itself, food-service products shouldn’t stick around forever. Here for your food, not for forever. That’s the principle we stand by—and the shift we’re making happen.
